I have moved to Costa Rica, from San Francisco, California
USA, in 1983 and received my real estate license in 1972. My
inspiration in becoming a professional Real Estate Consultant in came
from my interest in helping people, and feeling the joy and pride of
being a homeowner myself. I've dedicated all of my enthusiasm
and
hard work to helping many families with the most important decision of
their lives. Real estate provides me with the freedom to live my life
and the flexibility to work in various atmospheres. I love working with
people, therefore my favorite part of this business is the
gratification of assisting my clients with their real estate needs.

I am a full time professional realtor, and I am educated in the legal
aspects of real estate practices to provide real estate services for
home buyers and home sellers. As a member of National
Associations, I abide by a strict Code of Ethics to provide you with
the highest level of service. I earn my living by serving the needs of
home buyers and home sellers with integrity. A large part of my work is
performed "behind the scenes"; previewing homes, researching comparable
sales, preparing purchase contracts and negotiating the best price and
terms for you. For every hour I spend showing you homes, I spend up to
ten hours preparing. I am constantly acquiring information that will
help me to better serve you.
How I am
Compensated
I am not paid a traditional salary. I work entirely on commission,
which I receive only if I initiate and complete a transaction for you.
I am compensated only when all of your real estate needs have been
satisfied and you take ownership of your new home. All of the services
I provide are uncompensated unless you purchase a home through me. Real
estate commissions traditionally are paid at the close of escrow from
the seller's proceeds.
